Saul Bass

Saul Bass is the all time greatest title sequence designer. Someone has put together a collection of his title sequences as slideshows, which doesn't fully capture their beauty, but still this is very nice.

cool. Most of the sequences I have seen really stuck with me - West side story....Mad, mad, mad, mad world....
It looks like a cool career.

D'oh! I didn't realize that the slideshows repeat. I went through Carmen Jones nine times before thinking, "Wow, Harry Belafonte did a lot on this movie." I'm dumb. But Saul Bass does good work... Escpecially for a fish that sings "Don't Worry, Be Happy".
